The Hero’s Journey was founded by Teodor Demirev. Inspired by Joseph Campbell’s philosophy of “The Hero’s Journey,” he believes that every true adventure should transform a person. Not only because it takes them to a new place, but also because it offers an opportunity to uncover the hidden potential within themselves.

This idea lies at the heart of everything we do: from mountain treks, children’s scout academy and mountaineering training to organizing team-building events, various tours, and tailor-made adventures. For us, these are not merely services, but an opportunity for each person to go through their own “small” personal journey.
